According to the increasing demands of the modern consumer, our product range is constantly diversified with quality products, multifunctional, durable, eco-efficient and accessible in terms of cost. Our products under PNI, SilverCloud, Midland, Albrecht and TTi brands include CB and PMR transceivers, surveillance and alarm systems, as well as car electronics. Our company, although medium-sized, is able to quickly adapt to business environment and market requirements, providing comprehensive solution both for private clients and major distributors from Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary.
History
Strategy and development
ONLINESHOP SRL, today with over 1,000 products portfolio, enters the distribution market in 2004 with CB radios, being one of the main promoters of the CB phenomenon in Romania. In 2006, it becomes the sole authorized importer of Midland products in Romania. Along with the development and amplification of product range, occurred the company branding. PNI brand was adopted in 2009 and it was implemented in CB radio and antenna products. Six years later, a new brand arises, SilverCloud, extending thus our product line. In the last few years, our company has invested in products, from CB and PMR transceivers, to security sistems, car electronics and lamps & lighting with the latest LED technology.
Through a studied and analyzed investment, we aim to extend the imported production line, increase the annual turnover and the profitability. The strategy approached in recent years worked, reaching thus in 2018 an annual turnover of 36 300 000 lei. Our company has invested the last few years in product import, modernization, staff, development and in online commerce. 100% of the products imported by us can be purchased from www.mo.ro or www.b2b.mo.ro (for retailers) where you have easy access to technical information, stocks and promotions.
The annual growth of our company was reflected in some awards. We mention only:

Services
Maintenance and Servicing
ONLINESHOP SRL is focusing in three areas: products import, commerce, services. Our service department provides, through its young, dynamic and flexible engineers, installation, diagnostics, repair and maintenance services of all the products we sell. We perform diagnostics in less than 48 hours and quick repair for any type of CB radio. Any product fixed in our service department has 90 days warranty on repair. Our customers can get information about their service application progress.
Thus, we have developed a complex system that allows sending to the client notifications related to its product status: arrival, taking over by a service engineer, repair status and dispatch. Our focus is on the quality of the offered services and the needs and requirements of our customers. Behind the quality of our services lies a whole team with many skills and specializations, consisting of engineers, economists and IT developers.
